GRANTS 2011 Grant Schedule Grants in the 2011 cycle were issued in October. The Foundation made grants from three funds in this cycle -- The Oak Park-River Forest Community Foundation Charitable Fund, the Auxiliary of West Suburban Medical Center Fund and the Resurrection Development Fund. Please review the qualifications for a grant from each funding source each before applying. Qualifications are indicated in the application. The same application form was used for each funding source. Those applying for more than one grant were required to submit a separate application for each grant requested. This Trust provides funding to charitable organizations that improve the livelihood of individuals, especially through education or medical services, with an emphasis on such services for the elderly. Application deadline for Kott grants is July 31 of each year.

Grants from the Communityworks Endowment have no deadline. Please contact the Program Officer
